1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of aspenhealth.sg and the websites and online services of our clinic brands (the "Sites"), operated by AspenHealth Holdings Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries ("Aspen", "we", "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

2. Not medical advice

Content on the Sites is general information only. It does not replace a consultation with a doctor and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

 

In an emergency, call 995 or go to the nearest hospital Emergency Department. Do not use our online forms, WhatsApp or online queue for urgent medical matters.

3. Online services

• Online queue: queue numbers and waiting times are estimates. Clinics may change the order of patients based on medical need.

• Teleconsultation: available only where the doctor judges it clinically suitable. The doctor may ask you to attend a clinic in person. Separate teleconsultation terms may apply.

• Information you give: you must provide accurate details and use your own identity, or act as an authorised representative (e.g. parent or guardian).

 

Fees, consultation charges and scheme eligibility are set out at the clinic or on the relevant Site and may change.

 

4. Acceptable use and intellectual property

 

You must not misuse the Sites, including by submitting false information, attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content.

 

All content, logos and trademarks on the Sites belong to Aspen or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. We may suspend or end access to the Sites at any time.

 

5. Disclaimers and liability

The Sites are provided "as is". We aim to keep them accurate and available but do not guarantee they are error-free or uninterrupted.

 

To the extent permitted by law, Aspen is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or our professional duties in providing medical care.

 

Links to third-party websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

 

6. Privacy, changes and governing law

 

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

 

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept it.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
