HOW IT WORKS

1. Register online
Fill in your details and join the queue. No appointment needed — registration is open from 8am to 8pm daily.

2. Speak to a doctor by video
A Singapore-registered AspenHealth doctor will call you. Most consultations take under 15 minutes.

3. Get your MC and medication
If the doctor assesses that you need a medical certificate, it is issued digitally after your consultation. Any prescribed medication is delivered to your address.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATES

If the doctor assesses that you are unfit for work or school, an MC is issued after your consultation and sent to you digitally — there is no need to visit a clinic to collect it.

Our MCs are issued by Singapore-registered doctors and are recognised by employers and schools in the same way as one issued in person at any AspenHealth clinic with digital QR code verification.
